More than 50 residential, commercial and industrial buildings are what JK constructed over a 30 years period in Aleppo. JK finished the 1970s and 80s with many buildings in Al-Villat and the famous (Jack Kalioundji 1975) building in Al-Sabil. From the 1990s, many people recognize the yellow stone building on Faisal Street; it was one of the first residential buildings in the city to have an underground parking for all residents.

The French television channel TF1 in a special about Architecture in Syria and featured some of JK buildings. JK Industrial Center in Al Shoukaief, a 1600 square meters building with two industrial elevators that can life a truck up to 5,000 kgs in weight, houses another Kalioundji venture Elegance Confectionery. JK continues to give our beloved city more and more buildings to be proud of and soon will add another Industrial center where more businesses can grow and give to our country.
