Elegance Confectionary started operating in Syria late in 2004. The company was initiated to meet the customer needs for confectionery product. In January 2005 we introduced "Today" to fill the market need for a chocolate-coated wafer bar at a reasonable price; we offered the product in three different cream fillings (Cocoa, Hazelnut and Vanilla). In the summer of 2005, our second product was brought to market "Jofy". Developed to suit customer desires in hot weather, Jofy is a crispy wafer bar filled with cream without the chocolate coating. As a result of our wholesalers' demand, we introduced late in 2005 our latest product "Elegance"; a two finger chocolate-coated wafer bar with cream filling.

"Elegance" became our most demanded product in the local and surrounding market. In 2006, we are going to introduce a number of new products such as limited special editions of "Elegance", new fillings for "Jofy" and fun spin-off from "Today". Moreover, late in 2006 a totally new product will be added to our successful three success stories "Today", "Jofy" and "Elegance".
